The staff was friendly and accommodating during check-in.

The cleanliness of my room left much to be desired, as I discovered hair in the bathroom sink upon arrival. I was shocked to find only one set of towels provided for two guests, and when I asked for an extra set, the attendant was surprisingly rude. To top it off, the inconsistency in service during breakfast hours.

The staff provided really good service, accommodating special requests for baby foods and ensuring our luggage was handled promptly. Breakfast featured freshly prepared local delicacies that changed daily.

Room amenities were lacking as there were no basic toiletries or refreshments. The decor felt dated, and the noise from the nearby road was disruptive during the night, detracting from the overall comfort.

Everything was good, accommodating staff, good views at garden. We stayed in the standard queen room, it was perfect and the bed was very comfy. The location was great and peaceful, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Nouvelle Ville.
